The Acropolis Museum is located in the historical area of Makriyianni, southeast of the Rock of Acropolis, on Dionysiou Areopagitou Street, Athens and it is only 300 meters away from the Acropolis. You can get to the museum by bus, by trolley, by metro or by tram. You can also get there by taking one of the tourist busses, exiting at bus drop-off point at Hatzichristou Street. People from EU countries under the age of 18 enter free of charge by showing their ID card. Children under the age of 5 from non-EU countries enter for free.
