The cathedral is accessible with a stroller, but that's where the barrier-free zone ends. It is forbidden for children under 6 years to visit the towers (security reasons) but if you still want to admire Barcelona from all corners of the roof, you have to purchase extra tickets, take the lift and anyway climb few steps around the top of the cathedral. The descent is possible either via lift or 300 steps down.
The crypt is also opened to public, entrance from Carrer de Sardenya, but again, not barrier-free. We recommend to book your tickets in advance, to make sure you won't have to wait in long queues.
