Chinese garden is an oasis of tranquillity in an otherwise bustling metropolis of Sydney. This secluded garden is accessible with buggy, though sometimes a little difficult due to different levels of the garden. The lower garden is barrier-free, however if you want to visit to upper part of the garden, be prepared to carry your buggy few steps.
