Madrid, like any other capital city is properly noisy and busy. Once you and your youngest one start desiring bit of relax, you don’t have to stroll far. You can get there either by metro (with elevator), train or bus (bus stops are from every side of the park). With it’s vast area you won’t be ready to leave within an hour. Most of fun is to be found close to the pond, where apart from the rental boats you find ducks or swans that love to be fed by anyone giving them piece of bread. Don’t worry about getting hungry, cafés and snacks offer refreshment or you may find a quiet corner in shadows to relax on the blanket, have a nice picnic and let your toddler wonder around. Maybe only be little bit cautious when breastfeeding in public, it’s not accepted much anywhere in Madrid.
