Wooden dragon, wooden figures and golden eggs are located within the playground in the middle of this park. Originally serving as King’s kitchen garden, you may find there today a beautiful rose garden, Hercules Pavillonen café and the Marionette theatre (opened June-end August with puppet shows in Danish). The Rosenborg castle is on the contrary diferent story. Opened for public, you may see the crown jewels treasury and royal portraits. Children under 17 years are for free, adults for 110KR. For security reasons (and also because the castle is not barrier-free, strollers and even baby cots are not allowed to enter the castle and you will have to park them outside. The only way is to use the baby carrier and have the baby attached to you while visiting the interior of the castle.
